Robotic Painting Line for Superior Quality

We apply product-specific painting methods, such as electrostatic coating for bumpers and rotary coating for steering wheels, to ensure optimal finish and efficiency.
Robotic movements are programmed by engineers using specialized teaching software, where product CAD data is imported to ensure precise path alignment along the contours of each product.

We use digital simulations to determine the optimal painting conditions for each product.

Indium Vapor Deposition for Millimeter-Wave Radar Compatibility

Typical plated surfaces are unsuitable for ornaments requiring millimeter-wave compatibility, as they block the passage of millimeter waves.
We have achieved millimeter-wave transparency through a vapor deposition process, involving an indium film coating applied to the product surface in a vacuum. This creates an island-like structure that enables radar transmission. We harness this property in the production of our front grille garnishes.

High-Quality Decoration for Millimeter-Wave-Compatible Emblems

Mounted behind the front emblem of vehicles, millimeter-wave radar plays a critical role in autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.
We have a specialized production line dedicated to manufacturing emblems that are transparent to millimeter-wave radar.
We use optically clear polycarbonate resin to create smooth emblem surfaces that support optimal radar performance. Emblem designs are printed on the reverse side and decorative treatments, such as indium sputtering, create a special metal film that allows radio waves to pass through.
These emblems are manufactured in clean rooms under strict management protocols to ensure the highest quality and precision standards.
